New EU Customs Rules for 2021

Due to new regulations coming into place in 2021, orders now being shipped to Europe may need to pass through customs before arriving with you. This means that postage to Europe may now take longer than previously (especially due to still ongoing postal delays caused by the pandemic). Customs charges may need to be paid depending on the value of your order.

Sending love to all of my European customers (I miss EU!)

What postage delays can I expect due to Covid-19?

Unfortunately at this current time both domestic and international delivery are taking longer than under usual circumstances. Please allow a little bit longer for your orders to arrive with you! (Thank you postal workers for your hard work during this time!).

Please remember that standard international shipping does not include tracking. If you would like tracking for your order, please choose it at check out.

How long will my order take to arrive?

COVID-19 – Please note that delivery times are taking a little longer than usual. Thanks for your patience!

UK orders are shipped first class and typically take 1-3 days to arrive after being dispatched.
International orders are shipped with Royal Mail, and can take up to a month to arrive to certain parts of the world. Orders do not come with tracking as standard – please choose tracking at checkout if you require it.

Where is my tracking information?

Both domestic and international standard shipping does not come with tracking as standard – if you would like to have tracking please make sure to choose this at checkout. If you chose to upgrade to tracked delivery and did not receive a tracking number – sorry! Please get in touch with us and we will get back to you.

What are seconds pins?

Enamel pins are handmade items. As such they sometimes have flaws!

Standard grade enamel pins might include tiny flaws that are unavoidable – such as minor plating issues, small scratches, or a speck of dust in the enamel. These flaws are hard to see and not obvious – great for collectors!

Second grade enamel pins have far more obvious flaws – discoloured enamel, larger scratches, large filling issues etc. They are still super cute though, and are great for wearing and not worrying about damaging a perfect pin! Seconds pins are fun way to add pins to your collection at a reduced price!
